Duration: General and personal data will be kept by Amberlair only as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which they have been provided, unless retention of data is required by any applicable law or competent court or authority or for statistical or archiving purposes.

Location: Your user information (i.e. name, email address, etc.) are stored in a third party provider’s data center at All-Inkl in Germany and at Mailchimp in the USA. Furthermore, users information is backed up in an encrypted way daily at VaultPress in the USA.

Privacy Statement

Amberlair has established its privacy policy to reflect the confidence its clientele and members of the Amberlair community places in it and in order to conform with the high standards of data protection to which it is committed.

Any personal information you, as a user, make available to Amberlair is done so voluntarily, with your knowledge and consent when making a request, submission or registration for services from Amberlair.

Our web server and database is managed by All-Inkl.com and located in Germany. Our privacy policy is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Germany without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any differences will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hamburg.
